My specialities.

  • Highly sensitives

Highly sensitive people, empaths, super-feelers, intuitives, and heart-forward healers all possess a great gift: deep connection and presence with the inner and outer worlds. This presence requires learning healthy boundaries, grounding, self-care, and self-advocacy to avoid burnout and depletion. These populations have signed up for deep personal healing and growth in this lifetime, so their gifts can best be shared with the world.

  • Life transitions

The only constant in life is change. And still, it is very human for us to crave comfort, familiarity, a sense of safety. So this change--whether it be a beginning or an ending-- can be disruptive to our self-identity, body, and nervous system. Let's slow down and explore the transition and its impact, gaining clarity about what you are saying goodbye to and gaining in the process.

  • Self-esteem

How we feel about ourselves is the foundation of our lives. It influences our relationships, creativity, work, mood, everything! So many of us are judgmental of ourselves in a way that we wouldn't be towards others, holding the core belief that "I am not enough as I am". If you are willing to look at this pain and connect it to early memories and experiences, we can begin to heal your inner child and help transform your self-worth into a more loving identity.

  • Anxiety

Anxiety is not an easy emotion to hold, but it can be a great messenger for us if we listen. What is your anxiety trying to tell you? What is feeling out of balance, out of alignment, or unsafe? We explore how to better attune and respond to anxious symptoms in treatment.

  • Depression

Depressive symptoms have to be held with great care and balance. We need to empathize with the pain, try to understand it and get to its root, while also encouraging the body, mind & spirit to take supportive action. Trauma work and deconstructing negative thoughts and belief patterns are particularly helpful here.

  • Women's Issues

Women have unique challenges related to hormonal cycles, fertility, pregnancy and birth, motherhood, sisterhood wounds (competitiveness, judgment, insecurity & comparison-making), body image, aging, sexualization, and the list goes on. You deserve loving support for whatever challenges you're experiencing in this realm, woman to woman.

  • Grief

Loss is a deep, intense portal and we do not show up on the other side the same as we once were. Grief work requires us to be with the pain, let ourselves feel, let ourselves remember, as we slowly begin to rebuild a life without our beloved. With as much compassion for ourselves as possible.

  • Spirituality

Spirituality means different things for different people, but at its most simplistic, it is a connection to what is greater than our physical experience. Those who are developing deeper divine connection may struggle with changing relationships, shifting sense of purpose, mood and physical ascension symptoms, and intense experiences that deserve to be processed. Others may want to explore their religious upbringing and beliefs and rediscover what feels most true for them.

  • Childhood pain and trauma

So often we carry wounds from our childhood deep into our adulthood. Our family histories may still be buried in our bodies, waiting for our care and attention to finally move forward. When we free ourselves from old pain and patterns, we are able to make new choices and create new ways of being in the world.
